I have photographed and studied coyotes for years in both urban and wilderness environments. It is hard to find an animal that is misunderstood more than this lovely resilient creature. I have used trail cams and walked streets before dawn trying to find them. I happened to be in the wilderness during Coyote mating season recently and they appeared everywhere. It was such a trea to see them casually strolling out in the open.
